We checked eBay and once you pay postage and fees you would be lucky to get £10 for it. We knew it had a hard drive but didn't know what size or manufacturer so curiosity took over and the tools came out!!! • It turned out to have a 500GB Seagate Pipeline 2 Hard Drive. a 5900RPM drive with 8MB Cache. • • All that is needed is an external enclosure that supports 3.5 hard drives and supports SATA drives, NOT IDE. • WARNING: Opening your Sky box will make the warranty invalid, this is only intended for OLD disused boxes that would other wise be going in the bin!
