Simon Richardson, checks out the NEW ENVE SES 3.4 Wheels, and you can WIN them! • Subscribe to GCN: http://gcn.eu/SubscribeToGCN • Get exclusive GCN gear in the GCN shop! http://gcn.eu/9y • Let us know what you think of these ENVE wheels in the comments below 👇 • These new wheels are designed for climbing yet come with an aerodynamic advantage, best of both worlds. • The rims, 21mm internally, are designed for 25mm tyres and tubeless compatible, featuring a molded carbon brake track. This make the tyre to rim transition become smoother, making them more aerodynamic. • The wider tyres also roll more efficiently, good news all around! • The wheels are of different depth's to increase performance and handling characteristics. The front wheel is 38mm deep and rear is 42mm, the former helping with crosswinds. 20 Spokes in the front and 24 in the rear to help with power transfer. • The wheels come with a full range of accessories, such as rim tapes, special high performance brake pads and skewers. • We shouldn't forget about the DT Swiss hub internals and Ceramicspeed bearings housed inside of ENVE's own carbon fibre hub shell. • These are the lightest wheels available from ENVE, 630g for the front and just 740g for the rear! A total of.... 1368g for the pair. • If you'd like to contribute captions and video info in your language, here's the link 👍 http://gcn.eu/9x • Watch more on GCN... • The Truth About Wide Tyres And Wide Rims On Road Bikes 📹 http://gcn.eu/2dRDJjo • Photos: © Bettiniphoto / http://www.bettiniphoto.net/ ©Tim De Waele / http://www.tdwsport.com • About GCN: • The Global Cycling Network puts you in the centre of the action: from the iconic climbs of Alpe D’Huez and Mont Ventoux to the cobbles of Flanders, everywhere there is road or pavé, world-class racing and pro riders, we will be there bringing you action, analysis and unparalleled access every week, every month, and every year.
