Here is my quick pickle red onion recipe: • 1 red onion • .5 cup vinegar • .5 cups of water • 1.5 tablespoons sugar • 1.5 teaspoons salt • Combine sugar and salt with the vinegar, add onion, add water. seal jar, leave on counter for 1 hour then put in fridge.
