Sims 4 Open Stairway

This video is a help tutorial to answer a question on EA's Answers HQ forum. The issue was an open stairwell that was not allowing the Sim to go up the stairs, so I recreated the stairs and opening via a different method which worked in my game in hopes that it will help in the original player's game.
