Thank you all for your wonderful feedback! • 🔔 Please SUBSCRIBE to my channel here:    / maricelsrecipes   • Air Fryer Fried Chicken Ingredients • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on • 1 cup soda water or Club soda • Spice Rub Ingredients (divided) • 3/4 tsp salt • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1 tsp paprika • 1/2 tsp ginger powder • 1/4 tsp black ground black pepper • 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional) • Cornstarch breading • 1/2 cup cornstarch • 2 tbsp rice flour or sub with AP flour • 1/4 tsp baking soda • 1 tbsp of spice rub • Recipe Note: Preheated the air fryer to 375°F to 400°F for 3 minutes. It depends on the power of Air fryer you use. Air fry for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping twice every 12 minutes.
