Step by step repair for a broken kitchen cabinet door. The door in need of repair here had an unfortunate accident which resulted in a large hole. I used a router with a cove box bit/brass guide collar to cut out the center panel, then routed around the edge with a rabbetting bit. From there, I used a scrap piece of matching panel to glue onto the new lip created by the rabbetting bit.
