In this week's #TidyTuesday video, I go over multiclass classification using Tidymodels. Using a Harry Potter dataset, I create a model to predict a person's house using dialogue from Harry Potter series. I go over some NLP concepts such as creating hash features and word embedding using #TextRecipes package as well as correcting class imbalances using the Themis package. I then train a few models and evaluate using multiclass classification metrics and confusion matrices from the Yardstick package. I then refit a final model and evaluate the results. • #Tidemodels • Connect with me on LinkedIn: / andrew-couch • Q A Submission Form: https://forms.gle/6EzU4GCR9VnJx8gg7 • Code for this video: https://github.com/andrew-couch/Tidy-... • TidyTuesday: https://github.com/rfordatascience/ti... • PC Setup (Amazon Affiliates) • Keyboard: https://amzn.to/3Bbbk3T • Mouse: https://amzn.to/3BcRGVo • Microphone: https://amzn.to/3ePo9JS • Audio Interface: https://amzn.to/3qTAmjz • Webcam: https://amzn.to/3L9Ql6j • CPU: https://amzn.to/3qGa6Zu • GPU: https://amzn.to/3DnhMHL • RAM: https://amzn.to/3LdTxh7
