#VirginMedia • #virgincustomerservice • #RichardBranson • Have you ever wasted 2 hours of your life being passed from one unhelpful person to another with no managers available to speak to you when phoning a reputable company? • After being a loyal customer for over 20 years this happened. • All I wanted was to reduce my payments and speak to a manager. Now paying £4 more, no manager to speak with and got hung up on after around 40 minutes on the phone. What a joke! • (Parts edited to remove passwords, addresses and long waits on hold.) • Yesterday they told me I would get £50 for recommending a friend. I wont be doing that thank you! Not after this.
