Follow my easy bake recipe for Bakewell Blondies. • A recent visit to Bakewell the home of the Bakewell pudding/tart has inspired me to make these today! • INGREDIENTS: • 250g butter • 125 g light brown sugar • 125g white granulated sugar • 3 large egg • 1 tsp Almond essence • 100g Ground Almonds • 200g plain flour • 1 tbsp cornflour • 200g white chocolate chips • 200g Raspberry jam • 50g flaked Almonds • Tin size: 9 x 9 lined with non-stick baking paper. • Follow the video for step by step instructions - • BAKEWELL BLONDIES • Notes - • There should be a slight wobble in the middle when baking finished. • Store for up to 5 days (if you can resist eating them immediately!) • Happy baking everyone! • Please give the video a thumbs up if you enjoyed it. • Please Subscribe to my channel for more recipes • Any comments leave them below :)
