Winched out a Dodge Diesel. That truck was heavy! Axles in the sand. 4 other vehicles tried to get it out and called no joy the night before. Man and woman spent the night in the cold desert! Winched it out first try and then used it to winch myself out. Traction boards would have been nice to park on prior to winching. • Used a Harbor Freight Tree Protector wrapped around the front axle.
