Crab Rangoon Dip Just in Time for Gameday

Crab Rangoon Dip • 1 8oz block cream cheese • 3/4 cup mayo • 3/4 cup sour cream • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 2 packs imitation crab meat chopped • Salt pepper and garlic seasoning to taste • Old bay or get the net too taste • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan • Chopped green onions to garnish • Steps • -Preheat smoker to 225 (crockpot low) • -In a bowl blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire and seasonings until smooth • -pour mixture into a lightly greased grill safe pan and top with chopped crab meat, Parmesan, and all but 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese • -smoke 225 for 1-1.5 hrs stirring every half hour til cheese is all melted and smooth (crockpot 2-3 hours til cheese melted) • -last 15 mins on smoker top with remaining mozzarella • -garnish with green onion and serve hot • #holmescooking #easyrecipe #diprecipe #crabrangoon #dips
