I started playing guitar in 8th grade, I was left-handed, so we had to flip the strings so I could play with the class... 9th grade I decided to take 6 months of guitar lessons, what I learned was my hands doing two separate things was very difficult for me, along with keeping track of the timing. my last day of private lessons II asked to play a #matchboxtwenty song, my instructor says like 3am?!!! and I replied let's go with Hang. never in my life did I understand these words until this past year... this song is so powerful and cares so much meaning in my life! • #RobThomas #Matchbox20 • I'm fat... just sayin!
