This video covers how you can use python to do some webscraping. Using a simple example of capturing stock price data in real time, and updating it. Hopefully, after watching the video, you will have an idea of how useful web scraping can be for your own purposes. • After you capture the data, whether you use it to create a simple customizable application or feed the data into a data processing pipeline is all up to you (remember to keep using python of course ;)). • To follow along, I recommend that you have python 3.6 or newer and pip in order to install all the packages that we use in this video.
