Try out this Shahi Mutanjan this Eid and share your feedback with us. • #ShahiMutanjan #Mutanjan #EidDessert #SooperChef • Ingredients: • Guard Sella Rice 3 cups • Water as required • Cloves 3-4 • Green cardamom 4-5 • Salt 1/2 tbsp • Yellow food color • Red food color • Green food color • Butter 2 tbsp • Dry coconut 1/2 cup • Almonds 1/2 cup • Pistachios 1/2 cup • Walnuts 1/2 cup • Raisins 1/2 cup • Khoya 1 cup • Sugar 1 ½ cup • Ghee 1/2 cup • Milk 1/4 cup • Gulab jamun as required • Cham cham as required • Directions: • 1. In a bowl add rice and soak as per instructions on the pack. • 2. In a pot add water, cloves, cardamom, salt, soaked rice and boil until 80% done. • 3. Add red, green, yellow food color in water. • 4. In a pot add butter, ghee, dry coconut, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, raisins and cook for 2 minutes. • 5. Add sugar and milk cook until sugar is dissolved. • 6. Add boiled rice, mix well and add fried nuts. Give it a good mix. • 7. Now add colors, steam on low flame for 6-8 minutes. • 8. Garnish with khoya, fried nuts, gulab jamun, cham cham and serve. • Preparation time: 20 minutes • Cooking time: 30 minutes • Serving: 4-5
