Kick full is the most common level 4 basket toss in cheelreading. • Jump into the basket toss set position. • Aggressively jump and extend the whole body to a 1/4 to your left. Then kick your right leg up to a “heel - stretch” and swing your right arm up to your ear. Keep the body extended. • After, circle with your leg to your left side and snap the feet together. Arms circles with the leg and finishes in a clean motion. Turn the whole body to the left side in a nice hollow position.
