Our mothers have always treated us with puddings custards to make our sweet tooth happy. This Christmas surprise them all the sweet members in your family by baking this easy short recipe of Caramel Custard. Let the festive celebrations begin early😊 • Serves- 2 • Ingredients- • 1/3 cups sugar • Refined oil- for greasing • 3 eggs • 1/2 cup caster sugar • 1 ½ cups milk • 1 tsp vanilla essence • • Method- • In a pan, cook and stir 1/3 cup sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and golden. • Pour into small ceramic bowls, tilting to coat bottom of cup.
