Then this officer pulls up behind me at a light. I'm nervous, because the rumor mill has it that this particular town I'm heading towards requires you to have a motorcycle license even for a 50cc moped. • But apparently this guy just wanted to shoot the breeze. • Why I would be hot? Well, I'm in full gear. He's in a t-shirt and an open face helmet.
