An assortment of crab eating critters on this late fall morning that was intended to be a trout excursion. Small bluefish made trout fishing nearly impossible so cracking crabs was a better choice. Landed a large assortment of species on one ounce bottom sweepers and put a few in the freezer. • • Recipe: • Fish seasoned with salt flour. • Cook in cast iron. • 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced • Soften in olive oil • Add 1/4 cup white wine • Summer and reduce • Add 1/4 cup heavy cream and 2 tbsp butter • Reduce heat and bring to gentle simmer • Add 1 to 2 tsp cornstarch to thicken • Crumple fresh dill, and parsley.
