According to officers, a computer repair store owner was shot in the leg and shoulder at around 9:20 am. • The suspect, a former employee of the store, fired at least half a dozen shots at the victim, who was taken to a nearby hospital, according to reports. • Authorities said the suspect fled into the subway station at West 72nd Street. Some passengers had to be evacuated and delays were reported across multiple subway lines. • Video captured by Stephanie Orta shows passengers lying on the floor and taking cover in a train at the West 72nd Street station. The footage also shows passengers evacuating the subway car. • Investigators said the suspect may have fled the subway through an emergency exit at 76th Street. Services were restored with delays shortly before noon, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority said.
