You'd never believe you could find a place to eat in the middle of nowhere, Arizona, but this gem of a diner is situated in the beautiful Hidden Shores Resort near Yuma. While staying at the military campground of Yuma Proving Ground, we ventured over to the resort and tried a couple of unique items from their menu: A Brahma Burger and Smashed Burger Tacos. If you can't make it to their restaurant at this location, look for their food trucks around the Yuma area. • We are on a permanent road trip with the goal of eating food all over the country and bringing reviews to you.
