Legislators investigating the alleged irregular giveaway of public school land in Kampala by investors have agreed on the giveaway of land belonging Kololo Secondary School to businessman Sudhir Ruparelia. This was after the MPs reached an understanding with the businessman not to change the land use and also sign a memorandum of understanding with the school to use the sports facilities he intends to set up.
