Kioti has been a player in the North American small tractor market for a lot of years, in fact they recently celebrated their 30th anniversary here in 2016. I caught up with Tim Phillips, who is Kioti's Eastern Regional Sales Manager at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville, Kentucky to discuss the history of the company and new products they're introducing. • Kioti is somewhat unique in that they make a large percentage of the components that they use in their tractors themselves. They have a foundry for castings, they make their own gears and front axles and they're also a large engine manufacturer, so they control most of the tractor building process. • Kioti has a new small cab tractor hitting the market now, and they're expanding their footprint into the over 100 hp market as well.
