L.A. Confidential was one of the best neo-noir films I’ve ever seen. The pacing was relentless, the writing and directing were flawless. The performances by the entire cast were stellar and the rest of the production was top notch. The story itself was layered and complex all the while making the audience work for answers. This is a film I’ll remember for a long time and this was one of the best made films I’ve seen in a while.
