Explore the 7 movements of the spine along with other gentle mindful movements to open the 4 quadrants of the body: the hips and the shoulders. • Roll out your mat and let's begin! You might enjoy rolling out a blanket on top of your mat for extra cushion and to support the back body here. You might reach for one or two yoga blocks and a strap, but not required. Begin by exploring Dirgha Pranayama or the Full Yogic Breath to settle in and bring calmness and peace to the mind.
