I ran Northwich Parkrun in 20:59 and finished 8th. I had a great time. • The event itself was great. There were plenty of parking at the ASDA or at Carey Park. It was near the town centre which had a lot of old buildings. • The event did a have a few inclines and hills but nothing to really worry about, it wa mostly flat. I think I picked the perfect running day. They were also cows nearby in the field. • Feels great to back at work, things are starting to get interesting. All I will say is that I will do my best!!! Change is good. • One man's sunset is another man's dawn. I don't know what's out there beyond those hills. But I ride to yonder; head up, eyes steady, heart open.. James Stewart, 1986.
