Check out this interaction, let me know your thoughts in the comment section, and don’t forget to subscribe to channel link listed below. • So Colorado state senate bill 217 is enacted by the general assembly of the state of Colorado to enhance law enforcement integrity, • It has all these stipulations written to ensure to that officers are policing with the most integrity possible, section 2 article 9 deals with demographic information meaning race, ethnicity, sex, and approximate age. • It’s put in place to ensure that officers are not profiling based on those factors. • It’s not written to circumvent the 4th amendment, that would be unlawful. Maybe this cop doesn’t know or maybe he’s just lying to obtain identification, whatever the case. He failed in this video and the cameraman refused to give identification because he had not committed any crime.
