In this video, I wanted to talk to you about the kitchen brigade system and what it is, how it works, and why so many kitchen terms and techniques are french. This topic is good to dive into, especially if you are interested in working in professional kitchens. I haven't heard many people talk about this history, so I'm excited to share!
