How to do free training from TTC at government expense | Rajshahi Technical Traning Center | Rajshahi Adda • Korea International cooperation agency (KOICA) has provided financial and technical support and overall supervision as well as a development partner in the Rajshahi TTC Capacity Development Project. KOICA is one of the reliable partners of BMET in sustainable development, efficient manpower generation, and uplifting training standards. • The South Korean agency (KOICA) has been working since 2015 to complete the modernization. In a joint venture between Bangladesh and South Korea, Academic buildings and dormitories have been constructed at a cost of around Tk. 90 crore. In addition, renovation of old buildings of 6 trades has already been completed. 2.5 thousand sophisticated types of equipment have been brought from Korea. These technical training centers have been selected under Capacity Development in collaboration with South Korean agency KOICA. Under BMET, 360 teachers from 36 TTC's of the country are trained here every year for a period of 3 months. With the help of Korea Automotive, Machine shop practice, Welding and Fabrication, Refrigeration and air conditioning, Electrical, Garments, and ICT These seven trades have been modernized. • At present, there are 17 trades under vocational and short-term courses.
