Feel your shoulders sink down, keep them even. Standing with both legs apart at a width roughly equal to that of the shoulder, slowly raise your hands. • Ping Shuai Gong involves in moving both arms in parallel, swinging first to the front of the body until they are the same height as the shoulder, then swinging the arms back with a little effort until both arms are behind the body. • On every fifth swing, the knee should slightly bend down and spring back quickly, when the arms are swinging towards the back of the body and another on the return swing to the front of the body. • Depending on your health, you may squat deeper or higher, both are fine. • Remember to stay relaxed. Take it easy. Feel the resonance. No matter to what extent you can swing your hands, just keep happy as you swing. When you swing, keep the same rhythm the entire time. • You can also watch my 30-minute version of Ping Shuai Gong εΉ³η©ε with the traditional slight bend of the knee. This lighter bend is designed to break up the repetitive nature of the arm swinging exercise. No need to even bend if you prefer just to move your arms. • Here's another description of how to do Ping Shuai Gong, in case the first description didn't make sense to you. • Make sure your feet are shoulder-width with equal weight on right and left foot. This helps the entire body, including your back, stay balanced. • Before you begin, close your eyes for seconds and let go all the negative emotions (e.g., fear, anxiety, nervousness, anger, worry, etc.). • Keep a “peaceful mind” while you do the exercise. You’ll know you’re doing great if you can clear your mind. Listening to the music will help you stay in the flow. • Raise your arms to shoulder height; your palms face the ground, and your fingers hang down naturally. Keep relaxing and swinging your arms back and forth. No need to force the movement, or your muscles tense. Relax your whole body and don’t tense any parts of the muscles. Keep your shoulders loose as well. • Remember after every fourth swing your arms back and forth, you need to bend your knees (“bounce” down and up not exactly “bend”) at the fifth swing your arms back and forth to make your legs straight up and keep going to do the next four swings of your arms. • π Subscribe for more tips just like this • / @radiantshenti • THINGS TO KNOW • ================= • π¬ - Most recent videos / radiantshenti • π - 2-Week Free Trial for Radiant Shenti Membership • https://radiantshenti.com/membership/ • π₯ - Qigong for Beginners • • Qigong for Beginners • π₯ - Qigong Flows • • Qigong Flows • π₯ - Womens' Health • • Women's Health • π₯ - Healthy Pregnancy • • Women's Health Before, During, and Af... • π - Buy gua sha stones and other Radiant Shenti merchandise • https://shop-radiantshenti.com/ • Radiant Shenti Channel / radiantshenti • SOCIAL • ============= • π - Blog https://radiantshenti.com/blog/ • π οΈ - Customer support [email protected] • π - Pinterest / _created • Eating the right foods also helps blood production in your body. • Take the Body Type Quiz to find out your body type so you can start eating food that will maximize your health. • https://radiantshenti.com/body-consti... • Be sure to hit the “thumbs up” button near the bottom of the video if you enjoyed it… and don’t forget to click “Subscribe” if you want us to notify you whenever we release new videos to Radiant Shenti’s YouTube Channel!
