64K Apple II on Arduino DUE improved

The disk load interface is improved and now loads a nib file if it is available, thus greatly reducing the load time. F10 and F11 can be used to change disk image when the emulator is running (around 1:25). A speaker is also added (although the volume is low). Here I demonstrate the Apple DOS/Basic, LOGO, VisiCalc and, of course, the game of Karateka by Jordan Mechner.
