Amcrest 4K USB webcam setup and review for model AWC897

This review of the latest Amcrest 4k USB Webcam model AWC897 (affiliate link https://amzn.to/3jTiFw2) will compare streaming video quality, microphone audio, and field of view. • The review starts with unboxing the webcam followed by plug and play setup in Windows 10. The webcam can record in 18fps at 4k (3840*2160 resolution) or 30fps in 1440p and 1080p. • Video quality of the Amcrest AWC897 is much better than previous models I've reviewed with the AWC201-B, AWC195-B, and AWC2198 and got rid of the fish-eye distortion present in some of those models. • Unfortunately, though the microphone is still pretty bad though not as bad as the previous models. The gain is set way too high.
