http://RobertsonTrainingSystems.com One of my favorite exercises for developing the abdominals and core is the reverse crunch. • A lot of my clients tend to be very extended and/or propulsed, and therefore struggle to control their lower back and pelvic position. This exercise is awesome for getting the pelvis back underneath them, and getting everything back where it belongs!
