ShaDeep Seniors Aqua Choreography

So this video features choreography I have been teaching in my classes. I teach in a retirement/tourist community and the classes are big - with lots of older adults who spread out over both shallow deep ends of the pool. Aqua choreography must be specifically designed to be performed in deep shallow water at the same time. This senior-friendly aqua routine maintains lots of intensity but can be cued low impact in shallow water.
