The Houthi group's media arm on September 16 released footage of launching what it claimed was a hypersonic missile at Israel. The footage showcased the ‘Palestine 2’ missile that landed in an open area in central Israel early on September 15. • Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree had claimed on September 15 that they fired a ballistic missile at “a military target” in Jaffa, which is part of Tel Aviv. • The IDF rejected the Houthi claim the next day and said that the missile was not hypersonic.
