EVGA CLC 280mm AllInOne RGB LED CPU Liquid Cooler Unboxing

This video shows the unboxing of a new EVGA CLC 280mm All-In-One RGB LED CPU Liquid Cooler. It has a 280mm radiator which supports two 140mm fans in a push, pull, or push/pull configuration. • When I built my computer in 2017, I bought one of these. I installed the radiator on the front of my BeQuiet case. • That turned out to be a mistake. The cooling block on the CPU was above the top of the radiator in this configuration. So any air trapped in the system would migrate up to the cooling block resulting in worse heat transfer. • When my computer had its Mid-life Crisis (see upcoming series), I decided to relocate this radiator to the top of the case where it should be. Since it has a 5 year warranty and it's been 5 years (and it was installed in the wrong configuration) I decided to replace it at the same time as the other components I was upgrading. • I have a custom built (by me in 2017) PC powered by: • 1) ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X CODE Motherboard • 2) Intel Core i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 6-Core LGA 1151 Processor • 3) be quiet! Dark Base Pro 900 ATX Full Tower: Orange case • I normally use an ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q 27 Monitor to play games on my PC, but some games like driving games and flight/space simulators are much better if you can move your head around and see in different directions.
