The Superior (2 x upgraded) Feline Witcher Gear Set can be found in Novigrad Velen (Scavenger Hunt: Griffin School Gear Upgrade Diagrams Part 3). It consists of 6 pieces - 4 armor pieces and 2 swords. You can buy the map for this scavenger hunt from a merchant in Crow's Perch (Velen). You must craft the upgrades at an Armorer and Blacksmith after collecting the upgrade diagrams. You must also have the Regular Enhanced Feline Set to upgrade to the Superior version.
