Mango Herb Crust Tart: Whip up a slice of summer, fresh from our #MangoMagic series!🥭🌿 This delectable tart pairs perfectly with a vibrant, homemade mango salsa, creating a dish that’s bursting with flavors, and made possible with the magic of Blaupunkt built-in appliances, brought to you by Hettich. • • 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭: • 1 cup regular flour • 80 gms cream • 50 gms extra virgin olive oil (EVO) • Salt to taste • Rosemary needles • Black olives • 1 tbsp shredded cheese • • 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐚: • 2 ripe mangoes, chopped • 1/2 red onion, chopped • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped • 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped • Coriander leaves, chopped • Juice of 1 lime • Salt paprika to taste • 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞: • Tart: • Preheat the oven to 200°C. • In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and rosemary. • Add the cream and olive oil to the dry ingredients and then mix in the olives. • Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. • Roll out the dough and cut it into desired shapes. • Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. • • Salsa: • In a mixing bowl, combine diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper, and coriander leaves. • Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture and gently toss to combine. • Season with salt and paprika to taste. • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. • Serve the chilled salsa with the prepared tart, topped with a bit of grated cheese. • • Serve this tart fresh out of the oven, topped with cheese, and accompanied by the chilled salsa for a refreshing twist.
