Delhi Police personnel were deployed in large numbers in Karol Bagh and neighbouring areas Sunday as protests erupted in parts of the Capital over the deaths of three UPSC aspirants in the basement of a coaching centre in Old Rajinder Nagar due to flooding. The owner and coordinator of the centre have been booked and arrested in connection with the deaths.
