Current flow in electrical circuits |Series Circuit|Parallel Circuit|Short Circuit|Open Circuit. • In series circuit connection resistors are connected one after another. Same current flows through the resistors but voltage drop across each of them are different. In parallel circuit connection initial and final points of each resistors are at same point. Current is divided here between resistances but voltage drop across each resistor is same. In short circuit a low resistance path is created for current and all of the current follows through low resistance path hence heating and burning of circuit happens.
