Repairing a damaged jetfoil with ENECON’s CeramAlloy CP+AC, CL+AC and DuraTough DL. • After in-house repair attempts were unable to fix the cavitation and erosion damage to this jet nozzle, ENECON’s multitude of products were able to get the job done fast and effectively. • Repair workers were able to strip the residual coating to show the entire cavitation damage and applied CeramAlloy CP+AC to repair the damaged area. CeramAlloy CL+AC was used to provide a new resurfaced coating to the inside of the jet nozzle.
