This Playstation 2 doesn't want to read discs and therefore won't play any games. Thankfully, there are a lot of ways to restore the gameplay functionality...even without fixing the disc read issue. • There are tons of guides to help mod PS2s with FreeMCBoot, I hope this helps someone out there looking to breathe new life into their old console.
