How to repair lacquer cracks and damages on a Fodera 6 String Custom Bass Guitar. A Tutorial about smart repairs on satin lacquer finishes. • My Client bought this Instrument Second Hand and he asked me to take care about the issues on the finish. We discussed this and made the decision not to remove the whole lacquer and apply a new satin paint. Instead I fill up every crack, and sanded it till I get the original looking Satin surface.
